No Packages Here

Just what you need, when you need it. And not a dime more.

One of the most important aspects of SEO Factor that sets us apart from other Internet marketing providers is our pricing. Quite simply, there are no packages that your website will be lumped into. We price every project accordingly, taking into consideration your website’s needs, the needs of your business, your competitive landscape and the return on your investment.

Every quote we give is created for you, and you alone. The only exception to the “no packages” rule would be for our White Label SEO clients; but even those packages are custom created.

We feel that it is important to custom quote the services we offer to not only prevent us from getting into a habit, but to also ensure that you get the highest return on your investment. We aren’t going to charge a dog groomer in Middleburg, Florida $300 an hour for a phone call. Just as we wouldn’t dare spend less time on a national software company than is needed to do the job right the first time.

Aside from the actual pricing, we do have a few policies to guide the manner in which we do business.

10% Discounts When Paid in Full

For contracts of at least one year, a 10% discount is applied to the total when paid in full up front.

White Label “Packages”

For our white label clients, we provide a set of packages that you may use for your clients. This will allow you to price accordingly for your services and time investment.

However, the packages may not fit every client. It is for this reason that we don’t lock you into any pricing plans or packages that you must adhere to.

No Retainer Contracts

With regard to our consulting retainer services, we don’t hold you to any contracts. Maybe you got exactly what you need from us. Maybe you have a few initiatives that will take precedence over SEO for a while. Whatever it is, you just have to let us know.

PPC Management Costs

Our PPC Management fees are based primarily on your budget, usually ranging from 5% – 15% depending then on your specific needs.

To Sum Up

Here’s the deal. We aren’t as expensive as a lot of the other quality providers out there, but we certainly aren’t cheap. Quality SEO doesn’t cost $50 a month, those prices are reserved for companies seeking to make a few bucks before they close shop. This is why it’s so important that we price our services according to your needs, and the needs of your business. One year contracts are great, but we would much rather create lasting relationships with our clients.
